ANDY: My motivation comes from the athlete in me. The drive to push limits, build strength, and set new personal bests. But real performance is more than numbers. It’s about staying capable, moving well, and performing at a high level now and in the long run.

For me, true motivation is about pushing your limits while building a body that stays ready for whatever comes next.
